Unhappy

They have changed the recipe on their 15 grain bread and it is softer and has less body. That was the only bread I would buy, and now I am at a loss. any suggestions on a nice dense wheat bread?

Shrinkage of the Milano

Milano cookies; 2021. Much shorter in length, and pinched on either side of the middle making it look a bit like figure 8 toy- train tracks. Thats just to try and trick your eye to not recognize the whole cookie is over half an inch shorter. Sorry, Im a customer with good eyes. No thank you for shrinking the PF Milanos. Like 4$ for a tiny bag off cookies at original size wasnt enough money. Pepperidge: #toomuch$foralotlesscookie.

I just bought a bag of mint milanos and they're SO small. I had to search google to make sure I wasn't losing my mind. I remember 20 yrs ago feeling guilty about eating more than one at a time because they were so big and heavy--now they have barely any weight.

Vomiting after eating cookies

Over the last month I had bought 3 bags of cookies. Macadamia nuts were in two of them, one with white and the other with dark chocolate chips, other was pecans and chocolate chips. Had vomiting episodes on several of those days after eating. Coincidence? Could be. IDK. Love the taste going down. Not so much coming up. Going to try another brand. Your cookies = "Vomit" in my mind right now. Sorry : (

User's recommendation: They are a good brand and it could just be my stomach.

Gummy half cooked bread.

I bought a loaf of Pepperidge Farm whole grain 15 grain bread. The texture of the bread was gummy and hard to chew. They do not know how to make bread anymore. I also bought a loaf of multigrain bread, the supermarkets generic bread.Lots more flavor, costs less, and better quality. Pepperidge Farm, hang your apron up for good. Their products tasted better years ago.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy the 15 grain whole grain PF bread.Waste of money.

PF 15 grain has been the only bread I bought for several years. Did they change the recipe? It used to have some body to it but now it is soft air bread.

They did change the recipe. It is soft and gummy and it is hard to pull apart. The texture is not the same.

12 Grain Farmhouse bread discontinued

Why discontinue the 12 grain bread (the best) and continue the 15 grain that tastes like cardboard. Why substitue the 12 grain with a multi grain that lacks in fiber and nutrition. I have purchased the 12 grain farmhouse bread since it came on the market. I now by Arnold Bread and my family and friends are following.

12 grain was pepperidge farm's best. At the store it always was gone before the others were sold out.

I was always wondering why the delivery men did not bring more to the shelf to match demands. And now they discontinue it. What the *** is going on. Why doesn't Pepperidge F.

see that they had a winner here-- are they just pain stupid. I really wonder if in fact they are.

Your “New” Coconut Cake

I had a taste for your coconut cake and went out to the store to buy it. It had been a while since I had bought the cake, but we always had it growing up as a family. Boy am I DISAPPOINTED! It tastes TERRIBLE! I see that other people feel the same way I do. Please bring the original recipe back. If it aint broke, dont fix it. Sincerely, Pamela

I'm in my 70's using p farms products since the start. At least once a month making apple turnovers. This week my church group bought 8 boxes to feed members. Old instructions said preheat @475 bake @400. New says preheat @425 bake @425. We now have 32 flat un puffed turnovers over cooked. Not good! Very disappointed I didn't bake from memory

User's recommendation: Read line 4.

Pepperidge suggestion

I HAVE USED PEPPERIDGE FARMS PRODUCTS MOST OF MY LIFE, AND I HAVE ENJOYED THEM. I HAVE ONE SUGGESTION THE HOTDOG BUNS ARE NOT WORTHY OF THE PEPPERIDGE FARMS NAME. ONE CAN NOT PUT ANYTHING ON THE BUN, TRADIGICALLY WAY TOO SMALL. MY SUGGESTION IS AS FOLLOWS: MAKE A BUN CALLED [LOAD IT UP BUN ] WHICH WILL HOLD PEPPERS, ONIONS, CHLI BEANS, AND CHEESE,ETC..

User's recommendation: CONTINUE TO SUPPORT A GREAT COMPANY BY USING THEIR PRODUCTS.

So disappointed!

I have been buying this cake for years and loved it. But I'm convinced the frosting has been changed to a lackluster over creamed one that bears NO resemblance to the original. One slice and threw the rest away.
